Gaur Smart Homes has well payment plan. The first one being the construction linked plan where the customers need to pay INR 100000 at the beginning when they are booking the apartment, then a balance of 10% with thirty days of the booking and that’s the first instalment. Then when the raft is being completed, then another 10% of the total amount, and then 10% for all the instalments till the possession of the flats. There are in total 10 instalments of 10% each after the booking amount is paid in full. The payments are divided according to the construction phase.
